Welcome to Li2.ai! We’re currently offering free premium access to our early adopters. Let’s get your account configured so you can start creating professional marketing touchpoints right away.

What You’ll Accomplish

By the end of this setup, you’ll have:
  • ✅ Completed your profile information
  • ✅ Secured your account with proper authentication
  • ✅ Understood your dashboard and available features
  • ✅ Prepared to create your first professional touchpoint

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

Access your profile settings

From your dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Settings”.You’ll see the Settings page with your profile information on the left sidebar.Accessing Profile Settings Pn

Fill in your basic information

In the “Edit Profile Information” section, complete:Name: Your full name or business name for professional touchpointsEmail: Verify this is correct - you’ll receive important notifications hereAddress (Optional): Useful for geographic analytics and complianceDate of Birth (Optional): For account verification if neededClick “Save” when complete.Profile Info Pn

Verify your email address

If you haven’t already, check your email for a verification message from Li2.ai.Why this matters: Verified accounts get full access to analytics and can set up integrations.

Step 2: Secure Your Account

Review your password

In the “Update Password” section, ensure you have a strong password:
  • At least 12 characters long
  • Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
  • Not used on other accounts
Update if needed and click “Save”.

Enable two-factor authentication (Recommended)

Scroll down to “Multi-factor Authentication” section.Multi Factor Authentication PnSet up “Authenticator App” for enhanced security:
  • Use Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar apps
  • Follow the setup instructions provided
  • This protects your marketing data and analytics
Two-factor authentication is especially important to protect your marketing data and analytics.

Step 3: Understand Your Dashboard

Explore your main dashboard

Return to your Home dashboard and familiarize yourself with:Analytics Overview: Total scans, clicks, and performance metricsQuick Actions: Create touchpoint, view analytics, manage settingsPerformance Charts: Visual tracking of your campaign success

Navigate the main sections

Explore the left sidebar navigation:
  • Home: Analytics overview and performance summary
  • Touchpoints: Your link management hub
  • Tags: Campaign organization tools
  • Analytics: Detailed performance tracking
  • Settings: Account and preferences
Integration: Parcelvoy integration is automatically available - no additional setup required!

Check your premium features

Before creating touchpoints, consider:Campaign Goal: What do you want to track? (website visits, downloads, sign-ups)Distribution Channels: Will you use links, QR codes, or both?Organization: Think about tag names for campaign organizationDestination: Have your target URL ready

Gather your assets (if needed)

For advanced features, prepare:Custom Images: For social media optimization (optional)UTM Strategy: Campaign names and tracking parameters (optional)Brand Assets: Logo for QR code customization (optional)
Don’t worry - you can add these later! The basic touchpoint creation only requires a destination URL.
