Registration Methods

Li2.ai supports two convenient registration methods: The fastest and most secure way to create your account:

Navigate to Li2.ai

Visit li2.ai and click Sign Up Free in the top right corner

Choose Google Sign-In

Click the Continue with Google button

Authorize Access

Select your Google account and authorize Li2.ai to access your basic profile information (name and email address)

Complete Setup

You’ll be automatically signed in and redirected to your dashboard – ready to create your first touchpoint
Why Google Sign-In? It’s more secure (no password to remember or manage), faster to set up, and you can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.

Option 2: Email + Verification Code

For users who prefer email-based registration:

Navigate to Sign Up

Visit li2.ai and click Sign Up Free

Enter Your Email

Provide your email address in the registration form

Receive Verification Code

Check your email inbox for a verification code from Li2.ai. The email will arrive within 1-2 minutes.
Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email. Add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure future emails are delivered.

Enter Verification Code

Copy the 6-digit code from the email and paste it into the verification field on the registration page

Create Password

Set a strong password for your account. Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • Special characters recommended but not required

Complete Registration

Click Create Account to finalize your registration. You’ll be redirected to your dashboard.

Account Security

Li2.ai takes security seriously to protect your touchpoints, analytics data, and campaigns:
If you registered with email + password:
  • Use a unique password not shared with other services
  • Enable a password manager (1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden) for strong, unique passwords
  • Li2.ai encrypts passwords using industry-standard bcrypt hashing
  • Never share your password with team members – use organization invitations instead
Your email address is verified during registration to ensure:
  • You own the email address and can receive important notifications
  • Password reset emails reach the correct recipient
  • Account security alerts are delivered promptly
If you need to resend the verification email, click Resend Code on the registration page.
When using Google Sign-In:
  • Li2.ai only requests access to your basic profile (name and email)
  • No access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google services
  • You can revoke Li2.ai’s access anytime from your Google Account Permissions
  • Your Google password is never shared with Li2.ai
  • Active sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity
  • You can sign out manually from any device
  • Suspicious login attempts trigger email alerts

Profile Configuration

After creating your account, complete your profile for better team collaboration and personalization:

Access Your Profile

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard
  2. Select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu

Profile Information

Update these fields to personalize your account:
  • Display Name: How your name appears to team members in shared organizations
  • Email Address: Your primary contact email (verified during registration)
  • Avatar: Upload a profile picture or use your Google profile photo
  • Language Preference: Choose Vietnamese or English as your interface language
  • Timezone: Set your timezone for accurate analytics time-series data
Language Switching: Li2.ai supports both Vietnamese and English. You can switch languages anytime from your profile settings or the language selector in the navigation bar.

Notification Preferences

Configure which notifications you want to receive:
  • Weekly Analytics Reports: Summary of your touchpoints’ performance via email
  • Team Activity: Notifications when team members create or modify touchpoints
  • System Updates: Important platform updates and new feature announcements
  • Security Alerts: Login from new devices, password changes, and suspicious activity

What Happens After Registration?

Once you’ve created your account, here’s what to expect:

Automatic Organization Creation

Li2.ai automatically creates a personal organization for you. This is your private workspace where you can create touchpoints, organize campaigns, and view analytics.Learn more about organizations and team collaboration.

Dashboard Access

You’ll be redirected to your dashboard at app.li2.ai/org/. This is your command center for:
  • Creating new touchpoints
  • Viewing analytics
  • Managing collections and tags
  • Accessing organization settings

Ready to Create

Your account is now fully set up and you’re ready to create your first touchpoint! Follow the quick start guide for a step-by-step tutorial.

Account Registration During Touchpoint Creation

You can also create an account during the touchpoint creation process:
  1. Visit li2.ai without logging in
  2. Start creating a short link or QR code using the homepage tools
  3. When you click Generate, you’ll be prompted to create an account to save your touchpoint
  4. Choose Google Sign-In or Email registration
  5. After signing up, your touchpoint is automatically saved to your new account
This “create-first, register-later” flow is perfect for users who want to see the platform in action before committing to registration.

Troubleshooting

Solutions:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify you entered the correct email address
  3. Click Resend Code to request a new verification email
  4. Add [email protected] to your email contacts
  5. Try a different email address if the issue persists
If none of these work, contact support at [email protected]
Common issues:
  • Pop-up blocked: Allow pop-ups for li2.ai in your browser settings
  • Third-party cookies disabled: Enable cookies in browser settings
  • Corporate firewall: Contact your IT department to whitelist li2.ai and accounts.google.com
Alternative: Use email + verification code registration instead
Ensure your password has:
  • At least 8 characters
  • One uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • One lowercase letter (a-z)
  • One number (0-9)
Example strong password: Marketing2024! (but use something unique to you)
If you see “An account with this email already exists”:
  • Try signing in instead of signing up
  • Use the Forgot Password link if you don’t remember your password
  • Check if you previously registered with Google Sign-In

Best Practices

Use a Work Email: If using Li2.ai for business, register with your company email address. This makes it easier to transfer ownership if you leave the company and helps with team organization.
Complete Your Profile: Adding your name and profile picture helps team members identify you in shared organizations and improves collaboration.
Don’t Share Credentials: Never share your Li2.ai login credentials with team members. Instead, create an organization and invite them as members with appropriate access levels.
