Dashboard Overview

What you’ll learn: How to navigate the Li2.ai dashboard, understand key sections, access features, and efficiently manage your touchpoints and campaigns.

Dashboard Layout

The Li2.ai dashboard at app.li2.ai/org/ is your central hub for all touchpoint management and analytics. The layout is organized into several key sections:

Top Navigation Bar

Organization switcher, search, notifications, and profile menu

Sidebar Navigation

Quick access to Touchpoints, Analytics, Collections, Tags, and Settings

Main Content Area

Primary workspace showing touchpoint lists, analytics dashboards, or forms

Quick Actions

Floating action button for creating new touchpoints from anywhere

Top Navigation Bar

Organization Switcher

Located in the top left, displays your current organization name. Click to:
  • View all organizations you have access to
  • Switch between personal and team organizations
  • Create new organizations
  • Access organization settings
The search bar (🔍) allows you to:
  • Find touchpoints by title, slug, or destination URL
  • Search by tags or collections
  • Filter by date created or last modified
  • Use keyboard shortcut: Cmd/Ctrl + K

Notifications

Bell icon (🔔) shows:
  • Team activity (touchpoints created, edited, deleted)
  • System updates and new features
  • Analytics milestones (e.g., “Touchpoint reached 1,000 clicks”)
  • Security alerts

Profile Menu

Click your avatar to access:
  • Profile Settings: Update name, avatar, language, timezone
  • Billing: Manage subscriptions and payment methods (Owner only)
  • API Access: Generate API keys for integrations
  • Sign Out: End your session

Dashboard (Home)

The main dashboard shows:
  • Organization Overview: Total touchpoints, clicks/scans this month, active campaigns
  • Recent Activity: Latest touchpoints created or modified by your team
  • Top Performing Touchpoints: Sorted by clicks/scans in the last 30 days
  • Quick Stats: Visual charts showing traffic trends and geographic distribution

Touchpoints

View and manage all touchpoints in the current organization:
  • List View: Sortable table with columns for title, slug, clicks, created date
  • Grid View: Card-based layout with QR code previews
  • Filter Options: By tags, collections, date range, or creator
  • Bulk Actions: Select multiple touchpoints to delete, tag, or move to collections
Click any touchpoint to view:
  • Full analytics dashboard
  • QR code download options
  • Edit destination, title, tags
  • Sharing options

Analytics

Organization-wide analytics showing:
  • Total Clicks/Scans: Aggregate across all touchpoints
  • Geographic Distribution: Interactive world map with click heatmaps
  • Traffic Sources: Breakdown by referrer, social platform, direct scans
  • Device Analytics: Mobile vs desktop, operating systems, browsers
  • Time-Series Charts: Traffic trends by hour, day, week, month
  • Conversion Tracking: Goal completions and conversion rates

Collections

Organize touchpoints into folders/collections:
  • View All Collections: See all collections in your organization
  • Create Collection: Group related touchpoints by campaign, client, or purpose
  • Collection Analytics: View aggregated performance for all touchpoints in a collection

Tags

Manage tags for flexible organization:
  • Tag Library: View all tags used across touchpoints
  • Tag Performance: See which tags have the most associated touchpoints
  • Color Coding: Assign colors to tags for visual organization
  • Tag Filtering: Click any tag to show all touchpoints with that tag

Settings

Access organization and account settings:
  • Organization Settings: Name, description, timezone, language
  • Custom Domains: Add and configure branded domains
  • Team Members: Invite, remove, and manage roles
  • Integrations: Connect to HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier
  • Billing: Subscription management (Owner only)

Main Content Area

Touchpoints List

The default view shows all touchpoints in a sortable table: Columns:
  • Title: Descriptive name (click to view details)
  • Short Link: The li2.ai/slug URL with copy button
  • Destination: Where the touchpoint redirects (truncated)
  • Clicks: Total click/scan count
  • Created: Date created
  • Actions: Quick actions (edit, analytics, delete)
Sorting: Click column headers to sort by any field Search: Use the search box above the table to filter by keyword

Touchpoint Details Page

Clicking a touchpoint opens its detail page showing: Overview Section:
  • Short link with copy button
  • QR code with download options (PNG, SVG, multiple sizes)
  • Destination URL with edit button
  • Tags and collection assignment
Analytics Section:
  • Click/scan count with sparkline chart
  • Geographic breakdown (countries, cities)
  • Device types (mobile, desktop, tablet)
  • Referrer sources
  • Recent activity timeline
Management Section:
  • Edit destination URL
  • Update title and tags
  • Move to different collection
  • Delete touchpoint (with confirmation)

Quick Actions

Create Touchpoint Button

The + Create Touchpoint button is available:
  • In the top right of the navigation bar
  • As a floating action button in the bottom right corner
  • Keyboard shortcut: Cmd/Ctrl + N
Clicking opens the touchpoint creation form (covered in Quick Start).

Bulk Operations

Select multiple touchpoints using checkboxes to perform bulk actions:
  • Add Tags: Apply tags to all selected touchpoints at once
  • Move to Collection: Organize multiple touchpoints into a collection
  • Delete: Remove multiple touchpoints (requires confirmation)
  • Export: Download touchpoint data as CSV

Dashboard Widgets

Recent Touchpoints

Shows the 5 most recently created or modified touchpoints:
  • Quick access to touchpoints you’re actively working on
  • Click to jump directly to details page
  • Hover to see quick stats (clicks, created date)

Top Performers

Displays the top 5 touchpoints by click/scan count in the last 30 days:
  • Identify your most successful campaigns
  • Click to analyze what’s driving traffic
  • Use insights to optimize underperforming touchpoints

Traffic Overview Chart

Interactive time-series chart showing:
  • Total clicks/scans over time
  • Customizable date range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, all time)
  • Compare multiple touchpoints or collections
  • Export data as CSV

Geographic Heatmap

Visual representation of where clicks/scans are coming from:
  • Interactive world map
  • Hover over countries to see click counts
  • Zoom into regions for city-level data
  • Useful for targeting regional campaigns

Mobile Dashboard

Access the dashboard on mobile devices at app.li2.ai:
  • Responsive design adapts to phone and tablet screens
  • Simplified navigation menu
  • Touch-optimized controls
  • Create touchpoints on the go
  • View real-time analytics
  • Download QR codes directly to your device

Dashboard Customization

Customize your dashboard experience: View Preferences:
  • Toggle between list and grid view for touchpoints
  • Adjust items per page (10, 25, 50, 100)
  • Show/hide columns in touchpoint tables
Default Filters:
  • Save frequently used filters for quick access
  • Set default date ranges for analytics
Language & Timezone:
  • Switch interface language (English, Vietnamese)
  • Configure timezone for accurate time-series data

Pin Your Most-Used Collections: Use collections to organize touchpoints by campaign or client, then bookmark collection URLs for quick access.
Use Tags Strategically: Create a consistent tagging system (e.g., channel:instagram, type:promo, year:2024) to make filtering and reporting easier.
Check Top Performers Weekly: Review your top-performing touchpoints each week to identify trends and replicate successful strategies.
Set Up Browser Bookmarks: Bookmark frequently accessed pages like your main touchpoints list or analytics dashboard for faster navigation.
