Accessing Customization

Open QR customization

  1. Go to Touchpoints and select a touchpoint with QR enabled
  2. Navigate to the Details tab
  3. In the QR section, click “Customize”
  4. The customization panel opens with live preview QR Customization Pn

Make your changes

All changes update instantly in the preview:
  • Choose different patterns and colors
  • Upload your company logo
  • See results immediately
Live Preview: Changes appear instantly as you customize, so you can see exactly how your QR code will look before downloading.

Body Patterns

Choose from 6 different body patterns to give your QR code a unique look:

Classic Patterns

Traditional square patterns for professional, corporate use.

Modern Patterns

Rounded dots and decorative patterns for creative, contemporary brands.
Choose based on your brand:
  • Corporate/Professional: Classic square patterns
  • Creative/Modern: Rounded or decorative patterns

Eye Patterns

Select from 4 different eye patterns for the corner elements:
  • Square Eyes: Traditional, professional
  • Rounded Eyes: Modern, friendly
  • Circle Eyes: Unique, creative
  • Decorative Eyes: Distinctive, premium

Prepare your logo

  • Use a simple, clear design
  • Square or circular format works best
  • High resolution for quality reproduction
  • PNG with transparent background recommended

Upload and preview

  1. In the customization panel, find the Logo section
  2. Click “Upload Logo”
  3. Select your file (JPG, PNG, or SVG)
  4. Logo appears in the center of your QR code instantly

Logo Placement: Your logo will appear in the center of the QR code for maximum brand visibility.

Preview your design

  • All changes show instantly in the preview
  • Check that colors have good contrast
  • Ensure logo is clear and centered

Test functionality

  1. Download your customized QR code
  2. Test scanning with your smartphone

  4. Verify it redirects correctly

Reset to Default

Reset All Changes: The “Reset to Default Style” button removes ALL customizations at once (patterns, colors, and logo). You cannot undo individual changes.
If you want to start over:
  1. Click “Reset to Default Style” at the bottom of the customization panel
  2. This removes all patterns, colors, and logos
  3. QR code returns to standard black and white appearance Reset To Default Pn
