Accessing QR Downloads

From Touchpoint List (Quick Access)

Navigate to touchpoints

  1. Go to Touchpoints in the main menu
  2. Find the touchpoint with QR enabled
  3. Look for the QR icon next to enabled touchpoints

Access download menu

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) menu next to the touchpoint
  2. Select “Download” from the menu options
  3. The download format options appear QR Downloads Pn
QR Required: The download option only appears for touchpoints with QR channel enabled.

From Touchpoint Details (Full Access)

Open touchpoint details

  1. Click on any touchpoint with QR enabled
  2. Navigate to the Details tab
  3. Scroll to the QR section in Integration Channel

Access download options

  1. Click the “Download” button next to your QR code
  2. Format and size options appear in a dropdown
  3. Select your preferred format and download immediately
