Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Li2.ai! This guide will have you creating professional marketing touchpoints with multi-channel distribution in about 10-15 minutes. By the end of this quickstart, you’ll have:
  • ✅ Created your first touchpoint with a branded short link
  • ✅ Enabled QR code distribution for offline marketing
  • ✅ Added organizational tags for campaign management
  • ✅ Viewed your first analytics data
Already have an account? Log in to your dashboard and skip to Step 2.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:
  • A Li2.ai account (sign up at app.li2.ai)
  • A destination URL you want to promote (website, landing page, social media profile, etc.)
  • 10-15 minutes to complete the setup

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log in to Li2.ai

Navigate to app.li2.ai and log in with your credentials.You’ll see the main dashboard with your touchpoint overview, analytics summary, and quick action buttons.

Familiarize yourself with the interface

Take a moment to explore:
  • Home: Analytics overview and performance metrics
  • Touchpoints: Your link management hub
  • Tags: Organization and campaign grouping
  • Settings: Account and organization preferences

Step 2: Create Your First Touchpoint

Start creating a touchpoint

Click the “Create Touchpoint” button from your dashboard or navigate to the Touchpoints section and click ”+ Create Touchpoint”.Create Touchpoint Pn

Configure basic settings

Fill in the touchpoint details:Name: Give your touchpoint a descriptive name (e.g., “Summer Campaign Landing Page”)Destination URL: Enter the full URL where you want to send visitors (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/summer-sale)Tag (Optional): Add a tag like “summer-campaign” to organize your touchpointsConfigure Basic Information Pn

Customize your short link (Optional)

In the Short Link section:
  • Keep the default auto-generated link, or
  • Click the edit icon to customize the back-half (e.g., li2.ai/summer-sale) Custom Back Half Pn
Custom back-halves make your links more memorable and brand-friendly, especially for offline marketing materials.

Configure integration channels

In the Integration Channel section:
  • LINK: This is automatically enabled - your primary short link
  • QR: Toggle this ON to enable QR code generation
  • WiFi/NFC: These show “Coming soon” - skip for now Configure Integration Channels Pn
Each channel can have different destination URLs for advanced campaign routing. For now, they’ll all use the same destination.

Create your touchpoint

Click “Create Touch Point” to generate your marketing assets.Create Touchpoint Success PnSuccess indicator: You’ll be redirected to your touchpoint list, and your new touchpoint will appear with an “Active” status.

Step 3: Test Your Multi-Channel Distribution

Access your touchpoint details

From the touchpoints list, click on your newly created touchpoint to open the details view.You’ll see three tabs: Analytics, Details, and Advanced.

Test your short link

In the Details tab, copy your short link and paste it into a new browser tab.Expected result: You should be redirected to your destination URL.Multi Channel Distribution 1 Pn

Download your QR code

Still in the Details tab, locate the QR section:
  • Your branded QR code is automatically generated
  • Click “Download” to save the QR code image

Test your QR code with your smartphone camera to ensure it works correctly.

Verify tracking is working

Your link clicks and QR scans are automatically tracked. Navigate to the Analytics tab to see:
  • Total clicks and scans
  • Performance over time
  • Channel-specific metrics
Analytics data may take a few minutes to appear after your first clicks.

Step 4: Organize with Tags

Add a tag to your touchpoint

From the touchpoint details Details tab, add a tag in the Tag (Optional) field if you haven’t already.Examples: summer-campaign, social-media, email-newsletter

Create additional tags

Navigate to the Tags section in the main menu and click ”+ Create Tag”.Organize With Tags PnCreate a few organizing tags like:
  • Campaign names: summer-2025, product-launch
  • Channels: social-media, email, print-ads
  • Content types: blog-posts, product-pages, landing-pages

Filter and organize

Return to your Touchpoints list and use the search and filter options to organize by tags.This becomes invaluable as you create more touchpoints for different campaigns.

Step 5: Check Your Analytics

View dashboard overview

Return to your Home dashboard to see:
  • Total scans and clicks across all touchpoints
  • Performance trends over time

Explore touchpoint-specific analytics

Click on any touchpoint and go to the Analytics tab to see:
  • Channel-specific performance (LINK vs QR)
  • Click/scan timeline
